The workshop in Innovation & Innovation Management, held on April 14–15, 2026, at MARBLE HQ marked a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between the Centre of Excellence MARBLE and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Led by Kjell Olav Skjølsvik, an Innovation Manager from NTNU’s Department of Marine Technology, the event served as a high-level expert visit designed to bridge the gap between academic research and commercial maritime application.
This visit is part of a broader knowledge-transfer between MARBLE and NTNU. As MARBLE establishes itself as a leading hub for maritime robotics, the integration of NTNU’s established innovation methodologies is crucial for scaling research, strategic alignment and regional impact.
