MARBLE Head of Engineering and Research Infrastructure Nadir Kapetanović and researcher Igor Kvasić participated in one of the events of the three-day Yacht Design Forum in Rijeka, Croatia, organized by Tecnoservizi SRL in collaboration with LOM GROUP-Associazione Sestante Blu (Trieste), the Italian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce, and PBZ Leasing, under the auspices of ASSOMARINAS and with the participation of the City of Rijeka and the Italian Community of Rijeka. The Forum featured three days of conferences and debates on technology, design, architecture, coastal zones, nautical financing, marina planning, and green technologies, bringing together over 20 leading companies in the sector.
The second day of the Forum—September 26—opened with an engaging seminar on marine drones and coastal monitoring, led by our representatives, who emphasized how the project could be applied in various sectors, from civil to industrial, as well as defense.
